How long does shipping take? 

We ship same day for all orders received before 2pm Eastern Time (US & Canada) Monday through Friday. Otherwise, we ship within 1 business dayShipping usually takes 3-5 business days.

 

Will I be charged for taxes?

Yes, you will be charged all applicable taxes. Tax rates vary depending on what province you are making your purchase from. Click here to see current Canadian Provincial Tax Rates.

Do you ship internationally?

What are your warranty terms & conditions?

JH Performance Inc. ® products have been manufactured to very high standards of quality and workmanship. JH Performance Inc. offers a 10 Year Limited Warranty against Manufacturing defects, defects in Material, and Workmanship. Please click here to read our terms and conditions.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY 

What is your returns policy?

Shipping fees and Transaction fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges incurred and for all Payment Transaction fees incurred. In some cases we may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs but only when explicitly agreed upon in advance.

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that the Customer reports it to us within 3 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, the Customer must notify the Carrier and sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.

 

To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. The Customer must retain original receipt. When returning an item for any reason, the Customer must contact us first, before returning any goods, in order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The Customer must do so within 15 days of receiving their item.

We do not accept returned merchandise without an RMA number. If Customer returns an item without the RMA number the item will be rejected or returned to Customer and will not be processed for refund or exchange.

We will review the Customer’s request within 3 business days. Please do not send any merchandise until you have received an RMA Number. You will receive a notification email when your RMA Request is approved.

Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you. Refunds will be provided in the form of payment they were originally made.

 

We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our mechanics/technicians we will return the item to you and you will be liable for the return shipping fee.
